Motice
A SaaS platform for appointment-based service businesses, bringing together customer, calendar and operations management, to which I contribute as a developer.
Motice is a CRM/ERP product for pilates, yoga, personal training and wellness studios. Its management interface, customer portal and mobile experience address different sides of the same business workflows.
Spreading appointments, customers, classes and business operations across separate tools complicates daily work. The project brings these flows into a shared product with separate business workspaces.

A TypeScript monorepo brings together React interfaces, Fastify and tRPC services, and PostgreSQL with Drizzle. Shared components support consistency across web and mobile experiences.
What interests me here is how calendar, customer and operations workflows fit together within one product, beyond completing individual screens.
We are working as a team on a product with a management application, customer portal and Expo-based customer application. My contribution forms part of that shared development effort.
