The system developed for Kadir Yücebaş brings clinic applications and preliminary assessment into one structure. Turkish and English application interfaces work with a clinic administration panel and notification services.
Receiving an application, delivering it to the clinic team and tracking its progress are connected tasks. The aim is to bring these steps into a clear digital workflow for applicants and clinic staff.

Next.js applications connect through shared schemas, Drizzle and PostgreSQL, with email and document-generation components. Bilingual forms and administration screens provide different interfaces to the same system.
I focus not only on completing a form, but also on how the application is managed by the clinic and how the applicant follows its progress.
Application forms, administration, status tracking and notification workflows have been brought together within one application structure. I work across its web, service and data layers.
